Adventures is a workshop of ideas. To be imagined, staged and explored. Taking its cue from a selection of instructions, indications, rules and thoughts drafted by artists, poets and scholars over the past 100 years, the workshop will focus on the generation of ideas and on the relationship between playing and performance. We will also be talking about lucid dreams, psychedelic transformations, neuro-linguistic programming, how to invent a title, lists, Paola Pivi, non-existent words, visualisation data, remix and subtraction. We will exchange gifts. We will not play exquisite corpse. We will listen to our favourite songs. We will watch a horror film. We will try to urge Luigi Serafini to talk to us about the Codex Seraphinianus. We will give a name to all of the bricks in the Mattatoio and we will talk about the death of an imaginary person, to whom we will devote a minute’s silence. Shhh, silence.
