Juan Claudio Averoff Rico, aka Ramingo, is a Cuban-born DJ, producer, singer, and songwriter based in Rome, active since 2016. Strongly influenced by Afro-American and Afro-Latin music, he works across Hip-Hop, RnB, Afro Music genres, and EDM, which he seamlessly blends in his sets and projects to create atmospheres packed with a sense of Afro-Caribbean vitality. Hailed by Zero magazine as one of the most promising DJs and producers in Rome, he has performed in numerous venues in Rome over the past two years, sharing the stage with national and international artists such as A-Star, Kid Francescoli, and Ainè. In 2023, he collaborated with Italian director Matteo Garrone at the Venice Film Festival and with French artist JR at Galleria Continua in Rome.
