What is the time of research and experimentation for you?

The time of research and experimentation, a blank space in which to cause images to emerge.

In what ways is your practice influenced by the space of an artistic residency?

Inhabiting a space for a period of artistic residency represents a moment in which time is suspended for me. A new space in which to work, a segment for experimenting and implementing a project to which I have been able to devote my energy.

How do care and artistic research interact?

I think that research is a fluid subject that has to be as open as possible to all kinds of stimulus and suggestion. I find in particular that dialogue in the broadest sense of the term is the key to deciphering and fine-turning the flow of inspiration. In cross-examination I have always found solutions to doubts and uncertainties relating to my work.
